Legislative Wins

Required the State to update payment data on a searchable website on a monthly basis, providing accountability and transparency for how State funds are deployed.

Passed legislation tightening ethics laws so that State employees will not face retaliation for reporting wrongdoing.

Created the Senate Vaccine Oversight Workgroup to facilitate information sharing about COVID-19 protocols and vaccines, resulting in disclosure of county by county, zip code, and site specific vaccination and case rate data.

Reformed the Maryland Environmental Service structure and operations to prevent unauthorized or excessive reimbursements and severances.
